HydroSeal HF is a high-performance, polymer blended, liquid rubber waterproofing coating designed to protect roofs, walls, and structural surfaces from water penetration, UV exposure and weather damage.
This eco-friendly liquid rubberised roof paint forms a seamless, flexible membrane that expands and contracts with the structure, preventing cracks and leaks. Used as a standalone liquid rubber roof coating on tiled roofs, metal roofs and concrete roof slabs, HydroSeal HF provides durable, long-lasting waterproof protection — and doubles as a rubberised roof paint that matches the colour of any roof.
Unlike traditional roof paints, HydroSeal HF creates a rubberised waterproof barrier that bonds to:
- concrete roof slabs
- tiled roofs
- metal roofs
- parapet walls
- flashings
- balconies
- torch-on waterproofing systems
Once cured, HydroSeal HF forms a durable rubber-like waterproofing membrane that protects surfaces from rain, ponding water, UV damage and structural movement.
This makes HydroSeal HF one of the most versatile, improved liquid rubber coatings for roofs and buildings in South Africa.
Usage
Can be applied to concrete roof slabs, balconies and structural surfaces where it seals joints, bridges hairline cracks and forms a seamless liquid rubber waterproofing membrane that protects against rain, UV exposure and long-term weathering.
Used as a liquid rubber roof coating for sealing flashings, parapet walls, chimney cappings, roof joints, roof screws and repairs to pitched tile roofs and metal roofing systems.
HydroSeal HF forms the protective top coat in the ArmTec HyperFlex Waterproofing System, where it seals and protects reinforced membranes and glass fibre mesh over existing torch-on or bitumen waterproofing systems to create a durable seamless waterproof barrier.
Ideal for tile roof waterproofing systems such as the StretchSeal roof ridge system, where HydroSeal HF encapsulates the reinforcing membrane and provides the final flexible waterproof coating over roof ridges, valleys and tile joints.
Used in under-tile waterproofing applications for showers, balconies and wet areas, where it forms a flexible waterproof membrane beneath tiles and screeds.
Suitable for damp-proofing and structural waterproofing systems where the coating can resist both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure on foundations, retaining walls and below-ground structures.
Optimal Performance:
Designed for optimal performance when applied with the appropriate primer or integrated into waterproofing systems such as the ArmTec HyperFlex Waterproofing System and the Tile Roof StretchSeal Waterproofing System.
